Foundations Built on Transformation
The origins of AI-KOMU can be traced back to 2007, when its founding partners left senior consulting roles with the Big Four consulting firms in London to establish Vector Advisory Partners, a specialist advisory firm dedicated to delivering strategic business transformation and complex technology-enabled change.
Vector Advisory Partners quickly established a reputation for delivering programmes that many considered too complex or too critical to fail. Rather than producing strategy alone, the firm specialised in taking organisations from vision through to successful implementation.

The rapid growth of AI has exposed an increasing dependence upon hyperscale cloud providers located outside Europe. AI-KOMU believes the future requires a different approach—one where nations and regulated industries retain control of their data, intellectual property, and AI capabilities.
